Trick Audio LLC, based in the Minneapolis/St. Paul Minnesota metropolitan area, specializes is providing the audio earphones that are specifically designed for superior hearing in loud environments.

Trick was founded by race-car drivers who use two-way radio communications and were not satisfied with the performance of the products now available in the market. We also heard from crew personnel and race fans that were disappointed with their traditional (over-the-head) headphones that are hot, uncomfortable, and awkward when wearing a hat or safety helmet.

The Company's first product that solves these problems is the TA-100 noise blocking earphone. These remarkable earphones use patented technology to offer drivers, crew, track personnel and spectators the absolute best audio for two-way radios and race scanners.

We knew the TA100 would be successful when we used the earphones at our very first race testing session. They fit perfectly. They blocked out an amazing amount of engine noise, delivering "safer sound." The radio audio was crystal clear. We now use them every time we are on the track. TRICK AUDIO RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase of Trick TA-100 earphones so we offer a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your TA-100 earphones, you can return them as described in this policy.

If you are considering returning your TA-100 because you are not happy with the quality of the sound, please remember that blocking outside noise is our top design priority and there are limits to the quality that can be produced with earphones using this design. We believe that we offer the best price/performance value in the industry. Before you make your final decision to return these great earphones we ask one thing – have you given them a fair chance?

Proper insertion of the foam tips is necessary to get the best audio. Rarely will you get them inserted in the ideal position on the first try. If the sound is "tinny" or lacks bass, then you likely haven’t inserted them all the way into the ear canal. Our First Time User Notes offers some ideas to get the best tip insertion.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
You have 30 days from the date you place your order to return your TA-100 earphones with all foam tips, accessories, original package, etc. Your refund will be for the purchase amount, less original shipping/handling cost, less a restocking fee per set to cover replacement of the Comply foam tips, product testing and refurbishment costs. The restocking fee is computed as 20% of the price you paid for the TA-100 unit. If you fail to return all of the original package content or packaging material, an additional $5.00 per set will be deducted from the refund amount. This guarantee applies only to the TA-100 earphone product. For sanitary considerations, Comply replacement foam tips (purchased separately) may not be returned under this guarantee.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Within 30 days of your order date, send us an email to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. This email must include your order number, name, address and telephone number. We would also like you to tell us why you are returning the product. Please send the email to: returns@trickearphones.com. Upon receipt of your email request, we will send back an email with the RMA number and the address to be used on your return shipment.

Please keep all of the original shipping boxes and other packaging as well as all of the TA-100 accessories which are required to receive full credit.

Ship the product back to us PREPAID. This means that you must pay the cost of the return shipment. For your protection we recommend that you use UPS or FedEx insured for shipment. Trick Audio is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Important Note: The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box. Boxes without an RMA number marked on the box will not be accepted or processed.

If any of the above conditions are not met, Trick Audio reserves the right to refuse the return. We will notify you by e-mail when we have received, inspected and processed your returned item. Refund checks will be sent within thirty (30) days following this notification email.

WARRANTY RETURNS
If your product fails to function as described in the Product Warranty during the warranty period, please send us an email to request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. This email must include your order number, name, address and telephone number. Also please describe the product malfunction in your email. Send the email to: returns@trickearphones.com. We will then send you an email with a RMA number and return shipping instructions.   ^TOP
